At All About Audrey Vintage Boutique, we want you to love your unique finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn vintage items back into their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Send your package back to our boutique via a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
